INFLUENCES
My work is shaped by the person-centered tradition and the writing of Carl Rogers, particularly his trust in each person’s capacity for self-direction and growth. I am also influenced by Eugene Gendlin’s development of Focusing, which extends this tradition into a more explicitly experiential way of working, and by the clinical dreamwork of Leslie Ellis.
