PRACTICE INFORMATION
SESSIONS
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, both in person and via telehealth (Zoom). In-person sessions are held at my office in Colchester, at The Wellness Collective, on Mondays and Thursdays, and online sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays — with daytime and early-evening times. Standard sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.
For telehealth, you'll need to be physically located in Vermont at the time of each session, as this is a requirement of state licensure.
FEES
My fee is $145 for a 60-minute therapy session, due at the time of service.
I am a private-pay therapist. I do not bill insurance in-network or out-of-network, and I do not provide superbills. I understand that this limits access for some people, and it is important to me that the fee is clear before we begin.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee.
What I Don’t Provide
A few services fall outside the scope of this practice, including: formal ADHD or psychological evaluations, neuropsychological or educational testing, disability determinations, accommodation letters, emotional support animal letters, and custody, forensic, or court-ordered evaluations and treatment.
If another kind of care would better support you, I am glad to help you think through appropriate referral options.
Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is a chance for you to ask questions, tell me a little about what you are looking for, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
If it seems like another therapist or service would better meet your needs, I will be honest about that and, when possible, help point you in a more useful direction.
