PRACTICE INFORMATION
SESSIONS
Sessions are offered primarily via telehealth (Zoom) for adults located in Vermont. I also have limited availability for in-person sessions at my office in Colchester.
Vermont licensure requires that you be physically located in the state at the time of each session. Standard sessions are 60 minutes.
FEES
The fee for a 60-minute session is $145. I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. I do not provide superbills or out-of-network reimbursement documentation.
A NOTE ON FIT
People come for a lot of different reasons — anxiety, low mood, stress or burnout, attention and executive functioning (including ADHD), relationship difficulties, life transitions, and questions about direction, purpose, or feeling stuck.
If it becomes clear that a different level of care or a more specialized service would better serve you, I am glad to support referrals when appropriate.
A few things I am not able to provide: formal ADHD evaluations, psychological testing, disability determinations, accommodation letters, or emotional support animal letters.
A note on crisis support
If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
I am not able to provide crisis care or between-session emergency support. This practice is designed for ongoing outpatient therapy with scheduled appointments.
