I'm a licensed psychologist-master, offering therapy both in person at The Wellness Collective (based in Colchester just outside of Burlington) and online to adults across Vermont.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions — along with the deeper questions about identity, meaning, and belonging that tend to come with this territory. My approach is person-centered and humanistic: I listen closely, take the time to understand what you're going through, and, together, we find a pace to therapy that feels genuinely right for you.

I bring an active (yet also laid-back) presence to session. My focus is on creating a space where you can come to know yourself better and gain confidence in your own process.

I have diverse interests, and have completed training in positive psychology, focusing (a way of tuning more into the body and what it might be holding), as well as advanced training in ADHD and its many characteristics. I have a special interest in working with folks who have had a recent or later-in-life diagnosis of ADHD, and are looking to explore what that means for them.

Above all, I feel the relationship we create is foundational to this work, and having a sense of safety to do this work comes before anything else. I welcome inquiries from all backgrounds, and work well with college students, artists/creatives, and those who may feel a bit different, or identify with a neurodivergent mind.

Highlights of my work:

  • Person-centered therapy

  • Focusing and the felt sense

  • Nervous system safety and regulation

  • Strengths-based

  • Meaning and purpose

  • Small experiments in everyday life
