Approach
People come to therapy with many different experiences and concerns, and I try to meet each person with care, openness, and respect for their unique pace and process.
At the heart of this work is the belief that understanding and change can often grow when someone feels heard, supported, and accepted as they are. Rather than following a rigid formula, our work is shaped together by what feels most important to you and what is happening in your life.

Working Together
Our work may include thoughtful conversation, attention to present experience, and, at times, gentle exploration of dreams or images that stay with you. We move at a pace that feels respectful and steady, with the hope of allowing insight and understanding to emerge over time.

attending to what feels most alive in the present moment
noticing how experience shows up in the body, in simple and respectful ways
working with meaning, values, and the direction life is taking
Dreamwork
I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and relational process. People come to therapy with many different experiences and concerns, and I try to meet each person with care, openness, and respect for their unique pace and process.

My Style
My style is thoughtful, engaged, and warm. Therapy is not always a straight line, but I believe that over time this process can support a growing sense of being more grounded, more connected to oneself, and better able to meet the complexities of life.

People arrive in therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes it is a season of change or uncertainty. Sometimes something feels unsettled or difficult to carry alone. Sometimes there is simply a wish to slow down and relate to one’s life with more honesty and care.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision. If you’re unsure where to begin, a brief consultation can be a helpful first step.
